1. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of order processing

  1. One refund per product. If multiple products were ordered, every product expecting of a refund must be sent back, unopened


You may only return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the return is a result of our error. Incorrect item, damaged item, etc.


In the rare occasion you may receive a damaged item, it must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We will exchange a defective product  only for that exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available in which we will offer a refund.


 To return a product, you must Contact Us at or our contact page to properly request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. Again, you will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Repackage and send back all items and packaging included in the original shipment
  2. Include a copy of the original Packing List / Order # from the original shipment
  3. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued 3 to 5 business days after the returned item has been received satisfactory condition and evaluated
